One of the most common questions people wrestle with at some point is: "What am I supposed to be doing with my life?" Or sometimes,"What am I supposed to do in this situation?"

These are natural questions…especially when you’re feeling stuck, restless, or like you’re meant for more than the way your life currently feels.

But here's something that might shift everything: There’s not always a single thing you’re “supposed to” do. There’s no universal checklist or magic blueprint that reveals your worth or validates your path.

Because your soul's purpose isn't about what you do; it's about how you show up in everything you do.It's about being all of you, fully, unapologetically, and in alignment with your truth.

We’ve been conditioned to search for our calling in job titles, career paths, or external achievements. But your deepest purpose isn’t hiding in your LinkedIn profile. It lives in your energy. In your presence.

In how you love, how you create, how you listen, how you lead, how you rest, how you say yes to your joy and no to what drains you.

When you bring your full self to the table- your values, your intuition, your desires, your quirks, your tenderness, your wisdom- that is the path. That is your purpose, expressed through your very being in real time.

There’s so much freedom in knowing that you don’t have to get it “right” all the time. You have full permission to change your mind, try things on, pivot, evolve.

And you don’t need permission from anyone to live the life you long for. You’ve had it all along.

So instead of asking, “What am I supposed to do?”, what if you asked:What would it look like to be more of myself right now?What feels true, alive, and aligned in this moment?Where am I holding back- and what might become possible if I didn’t?
