The Winter Journal

Winter invites us into deep rest, reflection and rejuvenation. As Mother Nature slows down, we similarly have the opportunity to slow down to listen to our bodies and hearts in order to best determine what we actually need, want and desire when it comes to our general well-being.

There are actually eight types of self-care that comprise this deeply nourishing self-care practice: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, social, professional, financial and practical self-care.

Each of these self-care categories could have easily been their own journal. I’m merely providing an overview for you here so that you can begin to identify what aspects of your self-care you’d like to pay more attention to, and invite you into some new discovery and practical applications of your learnings into your self-care regimen.

The Summer Journal

The Autumn Journal
Autumn is the season of letting go- letting go of all that doesn’t serve us as we transition into the winter season of deep rest and nourishment.

This journal has been designed to help you let go of the old so that you have the space for welcoming what’s next for you. However, just as clearing out a junk drawer in your kitchen doesn’t automatically mean it will never get filled with junk again, we need to be conscious about what we’re filling this newfound space with.

Luckily, this journal was also designed to help you with that aspect of letting go as well- cultivating what gets to be now that you’ve done the pruning.
