It's the Time of the Healer

I’m feeling the tension, the constriction before the expansion. I know that so many other people in the healing space are feeling it too.

I kept calling it anxiety, the feeling I’ve been feeling lately. But upon closer inspection, I am recognizing it for what it is- constriction.

And expansion ALWAYS follows constriction.

This is our time, the time of the healer. The world needs us now more than ever.

Lean into the constriction.
