This morning was a bit of a shitshow. The overwhelm was sitting on my chest, a boulder of heaviness and constriction.
It has been a bit of an adjustment as my business has shifted directions. Multiple streams of income are a necessity in the world that we live in and I have been pushing myself to see what else I can do.
After clearing overwhelm, I was able to look at my schedule with a bit more clarity. The first thing I had to do for my own personal sanity was cut my client hours in half. I didn’t realize it but I had been running myself ragged trying to see 1:1 clients. What I didn’t understand was that I had been seeing the same number of clients per week as I had been since I started this business.
Something I didn’t count on when I branched out into the writing part of my business is that when I’m writing, I’m channeling the energy of my clients. I figured that since I wasn’t seeing a client face to face and opening their Records or tapping so deeply into their energy for emotional clearing/Spiral sessions, that I wasn’t doing energy work when I’m writing.
WRONG.
I channel my clients’ energy as I write for them. I use my gifts as an energy worker as I let the words flow out onto the page. I realized that this wasn’t something I was taking into account when I was creating my schedule.
I’m getting a handle on all of it. I took a step back from social media so that I could get a handle on all of it.
I’ve graduated out three Spiral clients in the last nine days. I’m finding a rhythm with my current writing workload.
