What are the Erotic Blueprints?

The Erotic Blueprints framework is a typing system similar to the Five Love Languages, but it’s all about what brings us to pleasure, passion, and intimacy...although its application goes far beyond the bedroom.

The five Erotic Blueprints are Energetic, Sensual, Sexual, Kinky, and Shapeshifter. 

 

The Energetic Blueprint is turned on by spaciousness, tease, and anticipation. With the Energetic Blueprint, less is more. They can experience orgasm without even being touched. The downside to this blueprint is that they can short circuit if they are approached too quickly.

 

The Sensual Blueprint is turned on by all of the senses. This means they have an extensive capacity for pleasure. The downside to this blueprint is that they can often get into their heads.

 

The Sexual Blueprint is turned on by all of the things that we are told in society are sexy. This includes things like nudity, genitals, and the guarantee of orgasm. The great part about this blueprint is they can experience turn on, just like that. The downside to this blueprint is that they can often miss out on the pleasure of the journey.

 

The Kinky Blueprint is turned on by what is taboo for them. This does not automatically mean BDSM, although that is included in this blueprint. Kinky Blueprints have an endless capacity for creativity in the bedroom. The downside is that they can experience a lot of shame, depending on what their taboo desires are.

 

The Shapeshifter Blueprint is turned on by all of the things in the other blueprints. They not only are turned on by it all, but they actually need it all. The Shapeshifter can also experience the downsides of all of the other blueprints. They also can resort to people pleasing in the bedroom because they are fluent in all of the blueprints. This means that Shapeshifter’s can shift in order to please their partner in their specific blueprint. The thing to remember about the Shapeshifter is that they actually need all of the blueprints in order to feel fully satisfied. Because of that, Shapeshifters can often feel like they are “too much”.
